Suzanne LaGasa is a graphic designer in San Francisco. Sometimes she dreams about grids systems, type, and breathing underwater. She has a pedantic approach to typography, an enthralling affair with color and she aproaches imagery and visual languages thoughtfully and with gusto. She is influenced by "nice modernists" and sensitive "makers." She aspires help create useful and pleasing designs, with a conciousness on impact and relevance.

Aside from designing on the computer, Suzanne enjoys making small collages, using her Gocco machine to hand-screen cards, and taking pictures. She also makes Valentine cards the old-fashioned way and knits a scarf every two years or so.

Suzanne grew up in Brazil, and has lived in London, Montpellier, Olympia, Washington, and Seattle before moving to San Francisco. Prior to delving into graphic design, she earned a bachelor's degree in International Studies and French at the University of Washington.
